In this neck of the woods, the fishing has been improving rather than declining. There are many factors in the improving fishing - doubt the moon has much to do with it.

They have strictly been biting the last hour before dark, and an hour after dark here. There have been several of us fishing mornings, and evenings. Nobody is catching in the morning, or through the day.

Where I fish in middle Tenn. They have been good in the early morning about 1 hour after daylight. Then fair about 1 hour before dark. During the day has been a waste of time.
